Apple introduced new software and Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence at WWDC 2024. The company’s new products contributed to its share value. Apple, which has been second on the most valuable companies list for a while, finally took back the first place.
The most valuable companies list has changed
Apple’s stock price is on the rise again as of today. The market capitalization of the company, which reaped the fruits of its artificial intelligence strategy, reached 3.28 trillion dollars. This means it has surpassed Microsoft, which has a market capitalization of $3.27 trillion.
At an event on Monday, Apple unveiled productive AI technologies that will allow iPhone, iPad and Mac users to summarize text and create custom emoji and images. It also announced that Siri will support ChatGPT-4o.
Apple Intelligence features will be available on iPhone XS and newer models, as well as Macs and iPads powered by the M1 chip and more powerful silicon. This means a new era for Apple devices starting in the coming months.
